With four years of international professional experience spanning finance and operations, Rafael brings a sharp analytical lens to Rushed’s financial strategy. As the company’s first investor and CFO, he oversees financial operations, capital allocation, and growth planning — ensuring the business scales as fast as its technology.

A seasoned commercial leader with extensive experience in high-stakes client relations, João has built a career managing relationships with decision-makers at the highest levels — from C-suite executives to senior political figures. At Rushed, he leads commercial operations, ensuring every client receives the strategic attention their business demands.

With a degree in Marketing and a postgraduate specialization in Data Science, Renata sits at the intersection of brand and analytics. Founder of her own branding agency, she brings deep market experience from working with major clients across industries. At Rushed, she leads marketing strategy, brand positioning, and growth — turning data into narrative and narrative into traction.

A software architect with international experience across the United States and Brazil, Luiz has held senior engineering and CTO positions at companies including Accru, FYC Labs, Flylance, Grupo SOMA, and Yours Bank — building everything from fintech platforms to enterprise systems. He holds a Master’s in Software Engineering from Universidade Federal do Pampa and is currently pursuing an MBA in Artificial Intelligence & Big Data at USP (Universidade de São Paulo). Published researcher in data science (ORCID). At Rushed, he leads the technical architecture and AI systems that power the platform.
