By accessing or using the Rushed API (worker.rushed.com.br) and services provided through therushed.com.br by Rushed USA Inc. and its Brazilian subsidiary Rushed Brasil (CNPJ: 57.632.639/0001-07), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Rushed provides a news intelligence API for the financial market, including: article aggregation and classification, sentiment analysis, entity extraction, market impact scoring, personalized feeds, bilingual translation, and WhatsApp alerts.

3. Account & API Access

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• API keys are personal and non-transferable
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute raw API data without authorization
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI classification or scoring systems
• Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, or annual). Payments are processed via Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

Rushed® is a registered trademark of Rushed USA Inc. The Rushed brand, API, classification algorithms, scoring models, editorial translations, and all associated intellectual property are proprietary to Rushed USA Inc. and its subsidiaries. All rights reserved. News content aggregated through our service remains the intellectual property of its original publishers.

7. Disclaimer

Rushed provides news intelligence for informational purposes. Our sentiment analysis, market impact scores, and classifications are AI-generated and should not be considered financial advice. Investment decisions based on our data are made at your own risk.

8. Service Availability

We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen incidents may cause temporary unavailability. SLA terms are defined per subscription tier.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil.
